Claudio Reyna, the New Jersey born former Captain of the U.S.A. Mens National Team is now the U.S. Youth Technical Director and leading the push to nurture and identify talented players at an early age. READ THE ARTICLE.

 

He, through US Soccer has established an official coaching curriculum for U.S. Soccer. At over 100 pages long, it outlines the way the U.S. wants to play and provides age-specific guidelines for youth coaches.
